This policy describes how the internal advertising-management application (“the App”) operated by Last Hope Marketing Agency handles data. The App is used solely by the agency to manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising for clients who have authorized us.

Using credentials granted by our clients, the App accesses Meta Marketing API data only for advertising management: ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, Pages and Instagram accounts we are permitted to manage, creatives/copy, and performance insights. It does not access messages, contacts, or non-advertising data.
The App runs locally on the agency’s own computer. Access tokens and configuration are stored locally and used only to communicate directly with Meta’s official Graph/Marketing API. Data is used exclusively to create, edit, and report on advertising for the relevant client account.
We do not sell, rent, or share accessed data with any third party. No third-party broker sits between the App and Meta.
Credentials are kept only as long as needed and are deleted or revoked when the client relationship ends or on request.
Clients may request information about or deletion of data handled on their behalf and may revoke access anytime via Meta Business settings. Questions: lasthopemarketingagency@gmail.com
